My wife could see it too but I had to look sharp for my high school reunion. As a matter of fact Johnny my buddy from back in the day was also on the heavy side and we both needed to lose some weight for the day. Those stupid kids from way back when would be looking at us and judging us so I had to make myself look awesome. Went on this diet plan and it worked like a charm – looking fit and slim ready to wow all those people! YEAH!

This year I have high hopes for my team the LA Lakers and hopefully they will come out with the championship. They’ve got a solid team and hopefully if Kobe performs like a star again then they will easily win another championship. The other team to watch is the Chicago Bulls – D Rose looks set to be a future super star!

I’ve managed to do quite well on this because I can easily count how many calories I’m eating everyday and also so that I can plan on how much exercise I need to do in order to lose the amount that I’ve just eaten.

This is a pretty good strategy that had been advised by my GP. He’s awesome with the health tips – well he should be if he’s my doctor.

Anyway, he’s also recommended that I go out for daily walks for about half an hour each day just so that I can get my heart rate up and to help with my weight loss battle.

I’ve had a love for an Aussie sport for a long time and its the AFL – Australian rules football. A tough sport where u can get slammed from any direction. You’ve got to have skills that are silky smooth as well. Using both hands and feet I don’t think many other sports are as full on as this. Anyways I can’t wait for the season to start 2010 season to start! Hopefully Geelong can make it 3 premierships in 4 years.
