Diet Recipes

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently by sticking to some diet recipes that I found on the web. I’ve managed to do quite well on this because I can easily count how many calories I’m eating everyday and also so that I can plan on how much exercise I need to do in order to lose the amount that I’ve just eaten.
This is a pretty good strategy that had been advised by my GP. He’s awesome with the health tips – well he should be if he’s my doctor.
Anyway, he’s also recommended that I go out for daily walks for about half an hour each day just so that I can get my heart rate up and to help with my weight loss battle.
